A perfect location for a family holiday by the sea. 3 minutes’ walk from your front door will see you on Barmouth’s famous, European Blue Flag awarded, Sandy Beach
This spacious maisonette offers 3 good sized double bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, separate dining room and 1.5 bathrooms.
Barmouth is a traditional seaside town nestled in Cardigan Bay at the mouth of the River Mawddach. Barmouth gets its name from this River which has played an important part in Barmouth’s History. Abermaw, to give Barmouth its proper Welsh name, is made from “Aber” and a shortened version of “Mawddach’ literally meaning Mouth of the Mawddach.
Surrounded by the mountains of Snowdonia Cardigan Bay offers miles of Sandy Beaches and even a glimpse of our cheeky dolphins who are know to play in our warm(ish) waters.
Located in the heart of Barmouth, 1 Glan Y Werydd really is the perfect location for a holiday by the sea. However, this is Barmouth and so the Beach isn’t all there is on offer. Often described as “where the mountains meet the sea” it is a perfect based for all that Snowdonia has to offer.
All of the amenities of Barmouth are on your doorstep, you are within easy walking distance of so much more than the beach. Barmouth has excellent Cafes and Bars, Restaurants, Shops, The Harbour and the iconic Barmouth Bridge. The Train Station is very close by connecting you to the coastal mainline as well as easy connections with Birmingham.
